The Precious Missionary
1. An object is considered precious for at least two Reasons.
- a) Because its value is Rooted in and of itself.
- b) Because of its Rarity, i.e., it is not common.
2. Missionaries are precious because they are Restricted in number.
3. Why aren't missionary numbers Rising?
- a) The Lord is the One who sends more labourers into His harvest fields, but it seems that this is in Response to prayer.
- b) We have an urgent need for prayer that God would Raise up more labourers to go to the mission field.
4. Missionaries should be Respected.
5. This should Rouse us to encourage the precious missionary already on the field, lest in discouragement, they fall from the place of spiritual vigilance.
