b) Not by responding to Compelling appeals.
c) By allowing the Control of the Holy Spirit and the Counsel of the Bible to be an important part of our daily life.
1. Sent people are often Despised in some way.
2. A sent man or woman is not only Directed by God Himself but commissioned by Him.
3. A sent man or woman has a Divine purpose to fulfil.
1. An object is considered precious for at least two Reasons.
a) Because its value is Rooted in and of itself.
b) Because of its Rarity, i.e., it is not common.
2. Missionaries are precious because they are Restricted in number.
3. Why aren't missionary numbers Rising?
a) The Lord is the One who sends more labourers into His harvest fields, but it seems that this is in Response to prayer.
b) We have an urgent need for prayer that God would Raise up more labourers to go to the mission field.
4. Missionaries should be Respected.
5. This should Rouse us to encourage the precious missionary already on the field, lest in discouragement, they fall from the place of spiritual vigilance.
