Stay Awake!
1. We are urged to Continue in well doing rather than getting to a point where we Cease from being involved any more.
2. We are given a worthwhile promise which is Conditional if we don't Cool off.
3. The Context of this verse very much applies to missions.
4. As time moves on, we tend to lose the spiritual Charge and motivation of our early days as believers.
5. How do we Cultivate a Constant enthusiasm for well doing?
- a) Not by trying to Churn up our emotions.
- b) Not by responding to Compelling appeals.
- c) By allowing the Control of the Holy Spirit and the Counsel of the Bible to be an important part of our daily life.
