Why do we call "Good Friday" Good?
Good Friday is called a good day because...
1. God can take tragic circumstances and work them together for good.
2. It's a good thing that the heart be confirmed with grace, rather than trying to earn favour with God.
3. Jesus died that day so that we'd become committed to good works.
4. Christ dying for our sins, is a time of good cheer, a reason to celebrate!
