1. Which kind of sin must be disciplined
- a) The kind of sins then that are more likely to be disciplined are Public sins rather than Private sins.

- i) Public sins are Palpable, i.e., they are Plainly expressed through words and actions.
- b) Another important distinction of sins that are disciplinable are that the sin will be Plural rather than a single act of Passion.
- i) The sin that is disciplined is likely to be one that is continually Practiced rather than at one Point of time.
- c) An exception to ongoing sin being disciplined is when the sin occurs once but evidence points to the sin being Premeditated or Pre-planned.
2. Who qualifies to be put under church discipline
- a) Those who are Proclaimed to be brothers.
- b) The Problem with the term brother.
- i) It can mean a male from the same Physical womb.
- ii) It can mean a Patriot. That is, a person or people from the same country.
- iii) It can mean the whole Pool of humanity.
- iv) It can mean those who are Persuaded of the truth of the gospel.
- v) It can mean when Christians become Participants in church membership.
