Total Forgiveness
1. Total forgiveness is when you Protect your offender from public shame.
2. Total forgiveness is wanting your offender to be at ease in your Presence.
3. Total forgiveness seeks to keep the offender from feeling Pained and Peeved about themselves.
- a) It is our job to Persuade them that they are completely forgiven as if they had never done anything wrong.
4. Total forgiveness conveys the fact that God can redeem our Past, because even though we didn't know it at the time, God had a Plan all along.
5. Total forgiveness doesn't Pressure your offender to reveal their sin to anyone that as a result could destroy that person's relationship with them.
- a) Total forgiveness is not putting someone on Probation, feeling that they have an offer of conditional Pardon.
