- a) Revelation 19 speaks of the Bride of Christ. This is not just one person, but represents all the Redeemed who have been caught up together to be with Christ.
- b) Revelation 12 speaks of the godly Remnant of Israel during the Tribulation time.
- c) The third woman who symbolises a religious system is referred to as the Harlot, Mystery Babylon, the apostate church of the future. Perhaps the Roman Catholic church?
- d) Revelation 2 refers us to Jezebel, named after Ahab's wicked wife in the days of Elijah the prophet. She was especially known for combining Israel's worship with Baal's, thereby Ruining it.
