A Time to Laugh
1. Abraham's laugh is a laugh of Confidence.
2. Sarah's laugh had initially been a laugh of Cynicism.
3. Sarah's second laugh is a laugh of Celebration.
4. The fourth type of laughing is the laugh of Cruelty.
- a) God may reverse my enemies' Consequences.
- b) God may allow the same Chastening that I laugh at in my enemies' life, to fall upon me.
- c) God may allow those in our family to be Confounded or ashamed.
- d) God may bring you to Confusion.
- e) God may totally Consume those who would laugh at the Calamity of others, especially if they belong to the Lord.
