Macarthur Baptist Church, by the grace of God, was started with a handful of people in 1994. We are an independent, Baptist, Bible believing and Bible-preaching church, which seeks to honour God.
Our mission is to go forth with the supernatural message of the gospel and share it with all people. We believe in fulfilling the Great Commission given by our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, as recorded in the Book of Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15; Luke 24:46,47 and Acts 1:8.
Our purpose is to glorify God with our lives and to have a heart for God through the worship services and outreach of our church. We are involved in service opportunities like Sunday school, youth group, visitation, midweek Bible study, and Sunday morning and evening services. We are a mission-minded Church and currently support missionaries in Australia and overseas.
Our church building is debt free and is located at Unit 1, 14-16 Exchange Parade Narellan, NSW 2567. If you are in search of a good local church, then please come and visit us to see whether the Lord would have you join us. We'll be delighted to welcome you.

That’s probably why we’re such a close family. We’re all “limping through life” and growing in grace together.

When you walk in, we’re just glad to see you! There’s no pressure to “measure up” or “fit in.” None of us really measure up, and we’re all unique. The tie that binds us together is not our sameness but our same God who sanctifies us.
- We’re Not About Religion
This might sound strange coming from a church, but religion often lets people down. Religious systems can feel confusing, complicated, and disconnected from real life. At Macarthur Baptist Church, we want to help you move beyond “religion” into a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ.
- We Speak Plainly
At Macarthur Baptist Church, we worship Jesus Christ, study the Bible, and encourage each other in clear, understandable ways that connect to everyday struggles.
- We Teach the Bible and Its Relevance
No pointless traditions and no irrelevant lectures. Instead, we open the Bible and apply its timeless truths to real life in the 21st century.
- We’re Just Regular, Friendly People
We’re not perfect or artificial. We’re regular people—working hard, trying to make ends meet, fighting for healthy relationships, and looking for encouragement. Together, we’re seeking God’s grace and finding certain hope in Jesus Christ.
