6. How do we exercise Church discipline?
- a) Who Has the responsibility to discipline a sinning member?
- b) To maintain Harmony in a church and to protect it from divisions and bitterness, if a brother does you wrong, you are to go with Haste to that brother to clear up the offence.
- c) If the matter is not resolved and the offender won't admit to fault or understand how the misunderstanding has occurred, Help must be sought to establish what has Happened.
- d) If the matter doesn't get resolved, the church is called together to Hear and evaluate the case, and provide some counsel on what needs to be done to resolve the matter.
- e) The decision of the church is ratified in Heaven.
- f) We must pray and work toward the Hope of restoration.
